The Withers Speaker Series brings accomplished speakers and authors to campus twice a year — once in the fall and once in the spring — to share insights on topics relevant to parenting, family life, and personal growth. Past speakers have included published authors, TEDx presenters, and experts in their fields, each offering a fresh perspective and practical takeaways families can apply at home.
Every event is free to attend, and families are encouraged to bring a friend, a neighbor, or anyone in the Withers community who might enjoy the topic. Childcare is provided at each event, so parents and caregivers can settle in and fully engage with the speaker without needing to arrange care in advance.
Because the speaker and topic change with every series, there's always something new to look forward to — whether the focus is trust, communication, wellness, or another topic relevant to raising kids and building community. What stays consistent is the spirit of the event: bringing Withers families together to learn from thoughtful voices and connect with one another along the way.
Speaker announcements and event details are shared through the Withers newsletter, so families are encouraged to subscribe to stay up to date on who's speaking next, when the event will be held, and how to RSVP.
